To advocate for a business friendly environment for Bahamian operators in which all persons engaged in excursion based commercial activity on the waters are compliant with Bahamian law, whether foreign or Bahamian. This is accomplished by ensuring Bahamian businesses are operating on a level playing field with non-Bahamian counterparts, local laws are enforced, and Government procedures are streamlined. We believe that while The Bahamas is much more than sun, sand and sea, our majestic waters have always been a source of economic bounty, and the participation by Bahamians must be fostered and encouraged.
